We are a boutique engineering consultancy made up of a passionate team with a dedication to providing tailored, personal and expert advice. Based across Queensland and New South Wales, VCE specialises in private and public utility infrastructure including roads, water, wastewater, and stormwater. Our team will help you find the best solution utilising the latest practices and technology. Our team can assist with engineering certification, design, project management, asset management, contract management, technical reporting, private development, storm management and construction supervision.

JULIAN VIVOLI
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Julian is a certified engineer (RPEQ) and the Managing Director of VCE. He has over 13 years experience specialising in the design, construction, project and asset management of public utility infrastructure including water, wastewater, and stormwater. Julian has had the opportunity to work in both the private and public sectors which has afforded him valuable insight into both sides of the industry as well as an appreciation for the challenges and opportunities that exist. Julian leads the VCE team, whilst offering managerial and certifying input on VCE’s projects.

PHIL MOORE
PRINCIPAL TECHNICIAN

Phil is the Principal Technician at VCE and has over 45 years experience in the engineering sector. He has a broad range of experience across water, wastewater, treatment, micro-tunnelling, reservoirs, site layout and quality control. He also has 20 years experience in the development and delivery of civil engineering training. Phil is responsible for the development of civil design projects associated with water and wastewater infrastructure.

LEONARDO SEBASTIAO
MANAGER - CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE

Leonardo is a design and project manager for civil, transport and electrical infrastructure, with 12 years experience. He has successfully completed numerous design projects across different areas. Leonardo has a thorough understanding of government authority design and documentation standards. Furthermore, he understands associated systems and processes associated with their delivery methodology. He also has experience in the use of other Australian Standards and relevant guidelines and specifications applicable to civil and electrical design.

EDDY TRELOAR
MANAGER - DEVELOPMENTS

Eddy is a Civil Engineer with over 12 years experience in design, specialist engineering reporting, project management, contract administration and stakeholder management. He has designed and managed a range of projects throughout Australia, including many projects within Southeast Queensland. Eddy is proficient with the design of components such as stormwater, water and sewer reticulation, bulk earthworks and erosion and sediment control in their application to subdivision infrastructure and built form type projects.

RUTH MARTIN
MARKETING & COMMS CONSULTANT

Ruth is the Director of ChangeMakers Media, a marketing and public relations agency. Ruth is the lead marketing and communications consultant at VCE. With over 12 years experience across journalism, public relations and communications, Ruth has worked with notable brands like channel Ten, Microsoft, the Australian Heart Foundation and Sky Business News. Ruth manages VCE's branding, public relations, communications and marketing.
