FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Julian, a certified RPEQ engineer, is the Managing Director of VCE. With 14+ years of experience, he specialises in the design, construction, and management of public utility infrastructure. His diverse background in both private and public sectors provides a unique perspective on industry challenges and opportunities. Julian leads the VCE team while offering expert guidance on all projects.

EDDY TRELOAR
MANAGER - DEVELOPMENTS

Eddy is a Civil Engineer with 12+ years of experience in design, project management, and stakeholder management. He has delivered numerous projects across Australia, specialising in stormwater, water and sewer reticulation, earthworks, and erosion control for subdivisions and built form projects. Eddy is highly proficient in industry-standard design software and modeling tools.

KERRIE SIGNORINI
CONSULTANT - PRINCIPAL DRAFTER

Kerrie is a highly experienced Civil Designer with over 25 years in the industry. She has led the design for numerous government infrastructure and subdivision projects, encompassing civil and highway designs, earthworks, and utilities. Kerrie is also proficient in AutoCAD and document management systems like 12d Synergy, Vault, and Projectwise.

LEONARDO SEBASTIAO
MANAGER - CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE

Leonardo is an accomplished design and project Manager with 13 years of experience in civil, transport, and electrical infrastructure. His expertise spans a wide range of projects, showcasing his ability to navigate complex challenges and achieve optimal outcomes. He is well-versed in Australian design standards and government regulations, ensuring projects are compliant and meet industry best practices.

PHIL MOORE
PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

Phil, the Principal Engineer at VCE, has over 45 years of engineering experience, specializing in water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects. With 20 years in civil engineering training, he leads the development of water and wastewater infrastructure designs at VCE. His expertise also extends to micro-tunnelling, reservoirs, site layout and quality control.

ETHAN GRICE
CIVIL DESIGNER & DRAFTER

Ethan is a skilled Civil Designer with 7+ years of experience and an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering. He is proficient in 12D model design and modern engineering practices. Ethan has successfully delivered various public infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial projects, and is skilled in complex roadworks, earthworks, and utility design.

RUTH MARTIN
MARKETING & COMMS CONSULTANT

Ruth, Director of ChangeMakers Media, leads VCE's branding and communications. With over 13 years' of experience in journalism, PR, and communications, she has worked with renowned brands like Channel Ten, Microsoft, and the Australian Heart Foundation.
